Home work out tips for your abs by Baller Babe Active Wear
Ladies! Sometimes we workout so much on other focused areas such as legs or arms, but what about regularly training to those abs?
Nay mum of three children was working out at the gym daily, she saw plenty of improvement overall on her body, but her stomach was not toned. What did she forget? To train those abs. Nay incorporated 1-2 abs exercises when she was doing her structured leg workout or arm workout. On "ab" day her workout would consist of 4-6 different core exercises. Here's a list she's compiled of an ab workout which you can do at home
Ab Crunches - Lie flat on your back with your hands resting behind your neck for some support, engage your core as you lift your body as far as you can. Do 12-15 motions for 3 sets
Bicycle Crunches - Lying flat on you back with your hands behind your next for support, lift your upper body and twist to aim your elbow to the opposite knee. Do 12-15 motions on each side for 3 sets
Reverse Crunch - Start with lying on your back, with your legs together in the air, engage your core as you lift your lower body up as high as you can, then lower back down, keeping your legs straight and together, Repeat 12-15 for 3 sets
Burpees- Burpee's aren't as bad as you think guys! and they work other parts of the body including your abdominal! Start by standing with feet hip width apart and your arms by your side. Raise your arms above your head and jump as high as you can... Reach for the sky! Reach down and place your hands both sides of your feet and jump back into a push position, Lower yourself to lie flat on your tummy before pushing yourself up with your hands Jumping once your on your feet. Do 2 rounds of this for 20 seconds.
